If you book your appointment without READING POLICIES and SENDING your deposit your booking will be deleted within 1-4 hours. This happens often and I don’t like to delete appointment’s that have unpaid deposits, so please be deposit ready before your book your appointment please.
Hair is included in most braiding hair styles (except for "JUMBO Box Braids" and "JUMBO Knotless Box Braids" because a lot of hair is needed to achieve that style) unless you want vibrant colors that I may not have on hand or if you just would like to bring your own hair. I work with pre stretched hair ONLY, preferably EZ Braid, but as long as it’s pre stretched I’ll use it. If you prefer to use your own hair please drop it off to me 1-2 days before your appt for customizing. Let me know if this is what you would like to do after you book your appt.
Please come to your appt with your hair freshly washed and blown out hair with zero product in it, unless you have discussed with me and requested a wash service with your style. Please be sure to blow out, detangle and stretch your hair to the best of your ability. If I have to go over your blow out or detangle your hair you will be subject to a additional fee added to your service at the end.
Cancellation:
I would greatly appreciate it if you would give me 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appt. Keep in mind that you will forfeit your deposit. No call no show or if u give me less than 24 hours cancellation notice you will not be able to book a appt with me. Please be considerate of my time and I will definitely be considerate of your time as well. Absolutely no extra guest allowed at your appt including children.
Late fee:
If you are more than 10-15 minutes late to your appt it will be a $10 fee inconvenience fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late it will be a automatic cancellation and you will be required to reschedule. You are allowed to reschedule one time using the same deposit but the appt must be within 2 weeks from original appt date. After the 2 weeks or after that one reschedule another deposit is required to book your appt.
If I have a emergency that makes me need to reschedule your appt I will give you the same 24-48 hours courtesy that I require of you. We will agree on a rescheduling date and your deposit will still be valid.
